Please take a look and let me know what you think.  It’s optimized for 1024x768 and is a fixed width, centered layout.  The inspiration for such a layout came from http://www.simplebits.com.  There’s a great article on the site that explains how to do centering with CSS – it’s not as easy as one might think – http://www.simplebits.com/notebook/2004/09/08/centering.html.

I’ve also re-added the DesktopCam and BookShelf/CDPlayer controls.  And yes, Ben, I changed out the music!  :-)

What I thought was going to be the hardest part, the rotating header banner, ended up being the easiest.  I had sent a blog plea for help to Chrissy and Ryan, but in the end I was able to solve it on my own with 4 lines of javascript.  Rather simple, actually.  Kudos to the folks at http://www.webdevelopernotes.com for a great article on how to do this
