Please take a look and let me know what you think. It’s optimized for 1024x768 and is a fixed width, centered layout. The inspiration for such a layout came from http://www.simplebits.com. There’s a great article on the site that explains how to do centering with CSS – it’s not as easy as one might think – http://www.simplebits.com/notebook/2004/09/08/centering.html.
I’ve also re-added the DesktopCam and BookShelf/CDPlayer controls. And yes, Ben, I changed out the music! :-)
What I thought was going to be the hardest part, the rotating header banner, ended up being the easiest. I had sent a blog plea for help to Chrissy and Ryan, but in the end I was able to solve it on my own with 4 lines of javascript. Rather simple, actually. Kudos to the folks at http://www.webdevelopernotes.com for a great article on how to do this.
