The interview process at Microsoft was by far the most thorough, challenging interview process that I have ever gone through. It was also the most complex and “mysterious” process as well. ;-) With 4 years of hindsight and experience in the company, I now have answers to most of the questions I had as a candidate. For those that are aspiring to work at Microsoft, this blog looks to be a great way to find out what goes on “behind the scenes” and perhaps understand that there is a method to the madness…when it counts - BEFORE you go for “Finals Day“.
