Bill Gates made some pretty cool announcements at CES in regards to extending WIndows XP Media Center Edition 2004. You can see my thoughts on the WinXP MCE here. Nonetheless, for MCE enthusiasts, this is pretty cool news - and it shows that how technology vendors execute on the idea of "digital convergence" we've all been hearing about lately is an ever-changing phenomenon.
