Boy, these guys just keep crankin' out the hits.  No wonder Google is the most popular search tool on the web - you can get it now in your Windows taskbar.

I just found out that if you are a Microsoft Certified Instructor (MCT) that VMWare is running a program to give you a free copy of VMWare workstation.  Apprently, they're feeling the crunch from Microsoft as Microsoft has already stated that Virtual PC and Virtual Server will be the direction they go when it comes to their CTEC partners.  Apparently, VMWare wants to make sure they don't lose this valuable audience.  I went to check it out the process and found some of the survey questions most interesting:

23. If you felt VMware products were of significantly higher quality than other Virtualization products, would you pay more for VMware products?
 
24 Do believe that if your students felt VMware software was of significantly higher quality than another virtualization product, would they or their companies pay more for VMware products?
 
25. Microsoft often bundles server software in their OS distributions. (For example, their streaming media server). What is your impression of the quality of this software, vs similar versions produced by non-Microsoft companies? Quality of Microsoft's bundle is:
 
26. How often do you use this bundled Microsoft software vs. similar versions produced by non-Microsoft companies?
 
27. How often do you believe your students use this bundled Microsoft software vs. similar versions produced by non-Microsoft companies?
