I had an issue today where the VMware Tools installed in my lab VMs indicated that an update was available but when I attempted to install the upgrade, I received the error:

2009: A Year of Running

I put in my final run of 2009 today – 7.04mi at a 9:19/mi pace.
Based on my logs, that makes about 742.75 miles this year over ~130 runs. Two 5Ks, three 10Ks, a 15K and 3 mini-marathons. Not bad for a guy who was worried he might not be able to run a sanctioned 5K [...]
